Luke Humphrey is a 2:14 marathoner, owner of Hansons Coaching Services http://www.HansonsCoachingServices.com, and athlete on the Hansons-Brooks team since 2004. In this interview he talks about his background in running, what he has learned training for the 2012 Olympic Marathon trials, and gives a plug for his new book about marathon training. Luke ran for Central Michigan University and has a Masters degree in exercise science from Oakland University. He has placed 11th at both the Boston and NYC marathons.
